Delayed fulfilment date!

Hello,
Just a quick update for all you lovely patient people: I'm afraid it doesn't look as though I'll be able to get your archaeopteryx to you this side of Christmas, it's now looking like a January delivery date. I'm still waiting on updates from Shinedown and I assume they're stuck in customs in the US still.
I'm really sorry about this and I hope this hasn't ruined any Christmas present plans. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Where are the Archaeopteryx?

They're on a boat!
I've been in contact with Shinedown who are the company who have been in contact with the factories for me.
The Archaeopteryx are still in transit, currently on a large container ship in the Pacific ocean. They're on the ship APL ESPLANADE 251TXE and should be arriving in the US on the 10th. From there, they will be delivered to Shinedown and then shipped (or flown) on to me in the UK, where I will be packing and posting them all from!
I'm afraid I do not have an exact date at the moment for when they will arrive - I'll be working as hard as I can to make sure everyone gets their rewards before Christmas and I'll keep you all posted with any updates.

I'm back from my break feeling refreshed. It was great seeing my family and uni friends, but now I'm back and ready with some project updates for you all!
Firstly I'd like to apologise for any confusion regarding my previous, poorly worded update.
To clarify:
-
Everyone who has pledged via Kickstarter for Pin Badges, Embroidered Patches and T-shirts and is not expecting an Archaeopteryx plush - Your orders have been shipped and should be with you now.
- I made a mistake when processing non-Kickstarter pre-orders via Backerkit which means that pre-orders for Pin Badges, Embroidered Patches and T-shirts were not shipped alongside the Kickstarter preorders mentioned above. I am busy processing these now and I'll be taking them to the post office today.

Anyone who is expecting an Archaeopteryx AND other items - everything will be shipped at once when the Archaeopteryx are ready!
Now, regarding the Archaeopteryx- They're all finished and are winging their way towards the company I'm working with in the USA! I've paid for them in full now and I'm just waiting on a shipping invoice before they get sent on to me, so we're looking at them being ready to ship within the next month!
I'll keep everyone posted as soon as there are any updates.

Archaeopteryx nearly ready to ship to me!

This is just a quick update to break the long silence!
The Archaeopteryx are nearly ready to leave the factory. I've been told they should be ready to be shipped to me at the end of the week! They'll take a few weeks to get here and then I'll be shipping them out to everyone who pledged for one! It looks like I'll be shipping late September/October time.
Hopefully everyone who didn't pledge for an Archaeopteryx has their t-shirts, pin badges and embroidered patches by now! Please let me know if you haven't.
I'm going to be visiting my family for a few weeks beginning Thursday. I should have internet access so I'll be able to answer any questions.

This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship the first rewards! This means everything but the Archaeopteryx plushies are ready to go.
We will lock down shipping addresses in 48 hours. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey. This includes Archaeopteryx plush pledgers!
If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://palaeoplushies.backerkit.com.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed.
We’re currently aiming to ship the first rewards beginning on the 31st July. If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next two days.
